Do you guarantee the sex, genetics, and health of the animals sold?

Yes, we guarantee that all animals sold are established feeders and properly sexed. We will also provide you with the details of the dame and sire that produced the animal for your records. 

If there are any issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, EMT, or cheque payments.

Are you able to accommodate payment plans?

Yes, typically payment plans can be arranged over a 90 day period with a 20% non-refundable deposit. If the buyer wishes to cancel at any time, a full refund will be issued minus the deposit. Please contact us for further details. 

Do you ship within Canada?

Yes, shipping is available Canada-wide for both animals and supplies. We will provide a quote for the shipment so you know exactly how much it will cost. Shipping will often be much cheaper or waived entirely with the purchase of multiple animals and we would be happy to work with you to get you the most cost-efficient order. 

We guarantee live arrival for all shipments, if you receive the animal and have any issues, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

How about international customers?

Just because we're in T.Dot doesn't mean you have to be! We work with brokers that ship regularly to the U.S. For those outside of North America, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Are you able to hold an animal for me if shipping isn't possible?

Yes, in cases where shipping is not immediately possible due to inclement weather or other factors, we can absolutely hold an animal with a 20% deposit. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the animal, we will refund your deposit in full.
